The meeting room policy has been revised to reflect outside usage Monday – Friday. Of course we all know that sometime that is flexible. Please save the attached document to a Word file for future references.
A. TIME OF USE
1. Meeting rooms are available Monday through Friday during the hours that the Library is open to the public. Saturday room usage is reserved for Library Services use only. Meetings shall be scheduled to coincide with the Library's normal hours of operation. Under special circumstances extended hours may be arranged with prior approval of the Library Services Director.
The Buena Vista Meeting room capacity is 200 people.
