(ACCESS) is a project that bridges communication needs for deaf, hard of hearing and hearing people in the workplace. The Northeast WorkSource Center in Pacoima provides a "deaf-friendly" employment center with videoconferencing equipment, text pagers, telephone voice carry-over equipment and remote video interpreting.
